Factors included when determining price are the pose (head and shoulders, half body, full body), the complexity (many details, fully developed background), how many individuals are in the portrait, and the medium to be used. Travel and framing expenses, where appropriate, will be included as separate items from the portrait cost.

A 50% deposit is required at inception. A minimum of one scan or digital photo will be presented for approval, at which time an additional 25% payment is requested. The remaining 25% payment will be billed prior to shipment.
